Although we were all born (and still live) on the island, we and our six children and grandchild still enjoy regular holidays at the caravan. Our objective is not to make extensive profit from hiring out, but to provide sufficient funds to cover our costs - and thus secure our own future holidays at the caravan. Site fees and running costs of a private caravan easily run into thousands of pounds each year.

We aspire to provide a personal / friendly service to all holidaymaker families that are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It is not unusual for our holiday families to return another year.

You’ll find the caravan geared up with facilities as if we were using it. For example, we regularly top up all the cleaning materials needed for self-catering. All those ‘little things’ you may worry about having to bring are probably already there. We trust our holiday residents arrive with just their holiday suitcases, and then stay in the caravan as if it was their own (pre-prepared). Supermarkets are nearby (in Newport just a few miles away) for your major food shopping needs. There is also a park shop.

Park Resorts would be very happy to sell you a caravan should you be ‘very taken’ by the experience. You may then want to hire out your caravan to help your finances.
