The caravan is 35' x 12', is in good condition (13 years old), and is located in the private residents area Oaklands. It is less than one minute from the Indoor Fun Pool, and approx. one and a half minutes from the main clubhouse (Regatta View), children's play area, shop, and phones. Though so close to these amenities it remains a quiet and safe area. It is not a standard (basic) caravan normally hired out, but a large luxurious version which of course includes colour TV, radio, cooker, microwave, fridge, shower / toilet etc. (a home from home).

The caravan will be prepared with fresh linen for the double and two single beds. Further sleeping areas (for up to three persons) may be acquired within the caravan. One with ease on the long seat in the lounge, and a further two (double) with a bedtime change to the dining area. Sleeping bags are advised for these areas (not supplied). The main double bedroom is large enough to also accommodate a cot if required (we would need advanced notice to help supply).

The preferred occupancy is for a couple / family, rather than single sexed groups etc.

A normal holiday period is considered to be one week, Saturday (2pm earliest) to the next Saturday (10am latest). Please find below our fees for each week commencing the Saturday date.
